Homer

Homer is a beautiful, charming fishing village that grew into a town of 4,000 people. Homer offers some spactacular views of the surounding mountains, many art galleries, lots of fishing and some GREAT Halibut-and-Chips eateries.

Homer is famous for its deep-sea fishing industry, especially Halibut.

In Homer we found some amazing examples of native Alaskan art (unfortunately, also amazingly expensive...). We took some photos instead of purchasing the real thing.
